*Fiscal responsibility and accountability are important to LifeBridge Community. In striving to perform this at the highest level, LifeBridge has created a fund with National Christian Foundation Indiana (NCFI). NCFI is one of a nationwide network of Local Christian Foundations that are affiliated with The National Christian Foundation (NCF). Since 1982, this network has granted more than $1.6 billion to over 15,000 churches and ministries worldwide. Its fiduciary standards are held accountable through its membership in the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) and proven by its receipt of Charity Navigator’s highest rating. NCFI offers benefits to both donors and ministries. Donors may set up personal funds which allow them to receive tax benefits from donations while having the flexibility to distribute gifts to ministries at a later time. Setting up a fund through NCFI also allows donors to contribute to organizations anonymously. Funds set up by ministries allow organizations to accept a wide range of gifts and relieve the ministry of much administrative detail. By engaging in this partnership with NCFI, LifeBridge is able to accept any kind of gift. NCFI is a recognized leader in receiving, managing, and liquidating assets such as real estate, business interests, restricted securities, and other non-cash assets. The simplicity and efficiency offered by NCFI helps LifeBridge focus on its mission of building bridges of hope for young people and children.
